Although we don't manufacture the hardware for your computer, we purchase parts from recognized manufacturers to avoid 'faulty part' issues. It is impossible for us to guarantee that every computer will run perfect for ever, but we will try our best to make sure your system is of the highest quality parts, while maintaining affordability. We will not knowingly purchase parts for your computers that are known to be 'cheap' and won't last long.

Many computer businesses sell inexpensive systems knowing that their service departments will soon make up for the lost profit. We try our best to avoid this problem by using high quality parts. You may be able to save a few hundred on a cheaper computer, but you can easily spend that on one or two trips to a service shop.

Our service techs will visit your home or office in the Winnipeg area at a rate of $65 per hour plus hardware and software required. Call our offices at (204) 786-1166, to discuss your problems, and we can try our best to give you a rough price estimate based on what we think the problem is at that time. Similar to a car that is running poorly, once we get into your system there may be more to the problem than appears on the surface. We guarantee that you will not be lied to or ripped off. We base our business on respect and honesty, while keeping our prices competitive. If a tech has to take your system with them to fix the problem, there will be a minimal charge to bring your computer back & set it back up for you.
